The Cartoon World Digital Library was created by cartoonist Bill Asprey, the founder of Cartoon World, and the artist behind the Love is...feature.  The Library provides, in digital format, a downloadable archive of cartoons, caricatures, and humorous illustrations featuring the art of some of the finest cartoonists and humorous illustrators from around the world.

The cartoon library ranges from contemporary cartoons to vintage cartoons, and instantly available as downloadable images.

All the cartoons in the Cartoon Library archives are the sole copyright of the cartoonists.

The current download image price displayed covers commercial usage/circulation up to 2,500.
